  • Can I pick up my order?

    • Yes you can!!  After your order is placed we will reach out to you directly to schedule a local pick up in Manville NJ.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    • Unfortunately due to NJ Cottage Law, we are unable to ship any of our products. However, we do offer hand delivery within New Jersey.

  • What is the delivery charge?

    • Local Pick Up in Manville or Hand Delivery within Somerset County - NO CHARGE!

    • Hand Delivery outside of Somerset County is a flat rate of $10; however, orders must be over $25

  • Can I cancel my order after it is placed and will refund be issued?

    • No once order is placed all sales are final. 

  • Do you have a store front?

    • Not at this present time.  We ONLY offer Local Pick Up or Hand Delivery depending on location within New Jersey.  We DO NOT service outside of New Jersey.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    • Turn around time on orders is pretty quick within 72 hours depending on size of order and availability.  Please note during Holidays to place your orders ahead of time as that is our busy season!

  • Can I place an order for someone else?

    • Absolutely, just note the occasion, recipient name, address, and phone number on the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section when you check out.  Due to these being baked goods, we prefer to not leave them sitting on porch or outside of residence and prefer to hand deliver them.  So please understand we will need contact them ahead of time to schedule pickup or delivery.

  • How big are the cookies?

    • Our cookies vary from 3oz cookies to 6oz cookies

  • Do you cater to large events?  How does this work?

    •  We ask that you reach out to us directly via email sprinklesstaff@gmail.com letting us know type of occasion, party, event you are planning and what sort of cookies you are looking at having.  If we are able to work with you we will then take your order over the phone, send you an invoice, schedule delivery date and time.  10% Deposit MUST be placed at time of ordering.  Final Payment MUST be made prior to the event.  Cancellations MUST be made (2) week prior to the scheduled delivery for FULL REFUND, otherwise if you cancel past this you will not receive refund.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • NO all sales are final.  We only offer refunds on orders cancelled for LARGE EVENTS if cancellation is made as per cancellation policy listed above for large events.
